New Delhi: Listed real estate developer Ashiana Housing, who primarily focuses on the senior living projects, has committed ₹800 crore for land acquisition pan-India in FY27, a senior executive said. The sales value of the area booked in senior living was ₹570.2 crore on FY26, highest-ever recorded by the company (569 units, 7.37 lakh sq ft), against ₹382.9 crore in FY25 with 430 units and 5.41 lakh sq ft.

"There is an inherent demand for senior living housing and we are always on the lookout for land. This year we plan to explore new cities as well in addition to expanding to cities, we are already present in," said Ankur Gupta, joint managing director of Ashiana Housing.
