IND vs ENG ODI : The England Cricket Board has announced its 16-member team for the upcoming three-match ODI series against India. The command of the team has once again been handed over to Harry Brook, while this time the selectors have also expressed confidence in some new players. Young all-rounder James Coles from Sussex has been included in the ODI team for the first time in the England team. Apart from this, fast bowler Josh Tong has also got a place in the team, who has not been able to make his debut in ODI cricket yet. Both the players can get a chance to prove themselves against a strong team like India.

England has got another good news before this series. Fast bowlers Gus Atkinson and Saqib Mahmood, who were out of the team due to injury, have returned to the team. With the inclusion of both the players, England’s bowling attack looks stronger. The first match of the three-match ODI series between India and England will be played on July 14 at Edgbaston. After this, the second and third matches will be held at Sophia Gardens and Lord’s respectively.


Harry Brook (captain), Rehan Ahmed, Jofra Archer, Gus Atkinson, Tom Banton, Jacob Bethel, Jos Buttler, James Coles, Sam Curran, Liam Dawson, Ben Duckett, Will Jacques, Saqib Mahmood, Adil Rashid, Joe Root and Josh Tong have been included in England’s ODI team.
