Regarding the action of demolition of Arabiya Ziaul Uloom Madrasa by the district administration in Pipra Ramlal village of Dumariyaganj assembly constituency, Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey termed the demolition action as completely undemocratic and unconstitutional and dangerous for the country and the Constitution.

Leader of Opposition said that this Madrasa of Pipra Ramlal was established in 1936 before independence and it was rebuilt in 1968 and in Gata No. 824, under 12 Visa, Madrasa and Mosque were built in his private land and its registration was done in 1997. After the consolidation of the said village was completed in 2015-16, there was falsification of papers and some land of the Madrasa was registered as a playground. Gaya, whose case is pending with CO Chakbandi, about 500 children were studying in the Madrasa. The said Madrasa was built in its private land. The school and the mosque were demolished in the political arena. No section of democracy is implemented in Dumariyaganj. The administration has completely become a puppet in the hands of BJP leaders.

The DM secretly rejected the case file and deliberately demolished this madrasa under the pressure of power and the district administration did this under the pressure of BJP to escalate the controversy, this action of the BJP government and administration is highly condemnable and fatal for the Constitution and democracy, our demand is that all the officers and employees involved in the demolition of the said mosque and madrasa should be investigated and a case should be registered against them!

During this, District President Lalji Yadav, MLA Syeda Khatoon, State Secretary Bechai, Member State Working Committee Kamal Ahmed Khan, Mohammad Jamil Siddiqui, Abdul Kalam Siddiqui, Firoz Alam, Parasnath Vishwakarma, Bahraichi Prasad Premi, Vijay Chaudhary, Mohammad Zafar, Riyaz Ahmed, Ejaz Ahmed, Gulzar Ahmed etc. were present.
