Overview of RBSE Scrutiny Process

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has announced the availability of the scrutiny form for the 10th and 12th-grade answer sheets. This notification allows students to request scanned copies of their answer sheets and apply for re-evaluation. The official notice outlines the rules and instructions for students regarding the scrutiny process, including the timeline for applications.

Application Timeline and Fees

Students can submit their scrutiny applications online within seven days of the result announcement. If they miss this deadline, they have an additional three days to apply with a late fee. The standard fee for scrutiny is ₹400 per subject or answer sheet, while the late fee is also ₹400 per subject or answer sheet.

How to Apply for Scrutiny

To apply for scrutiny, candidates must visit the nearest e-Mitra center or use their own devices to upload a self-certified ID and pay the required fees online. The scrutiny process addresses discrepancies in marks, errors in totaling, and missing marks for questions.

Important Guidelines for Students

Students must ensure they upload their certified ID along with the application. The scrutiny fee is ₹400, with an additional late fee of ₹800 applicable for late submissions. Candidates can apply for one or multiple subjects but should note that changes to the application are not permitted once submitted.

Notification of Application Status

All applications will be registered and candidates will receive their registration numbers and subject information via SMS after the final date for submissions. The results of the scrutiny will be uploaded on the official website, and students will be able to view and download their answer sheets online.

Final Reminders

Students are advised to provide accurate mobile numbers and email addresses in their applications, as any errors will be their responsibility. It is crucial to review all rules and conditions related to the scrutiny process on the official RBSE website before applying.
