Dr Pankaja Kumar of the Department of Medicine at Max Hospital says that some private hospitals are making hybrid lifestyle and nutrition plans. Dr Kumar says that performance medicine is becoming a necessity in today's high-demanding era.

Although it is not on a large scale right now. But there is a lot of hope for it to grow in the future. People will benefit a lot from this. It can prove to be important in controlling lifestyle diseases.
