New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has officially released the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025 toppers list along with the result on its official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

As per the official announcement, Rajit Gupta has secured All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. The topper has achieved the highest marks in the country. IIT Kanpur has also released the names of other top 10 rank holders and category-wise and gender-wise toppers.

Every year, lakhs of aspirants appear for the JEE Advanced exam, which is conducted in two shifts. The performance of candidates in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 is considered to calculate their final ranks.

JEE Advanced 2025 toppers list

JEE Advanced is conducted in seven IIT zones — Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee.

Each zone has also released the names of their respective zone-wise toppers, highlighting the regional toppers from each IIT region.

  • Rank 9: Arnav Singh
  • Rank 10: Vadlamudi lokesh

Those who have cleared the JEE Advanced 2025 exam will now participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority(JoSAA) counselling process, which will begin in due course of time.

Through JoSAA, candidates will be allotted seats in the IITs, NITs, IIITs and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

Last year, Ved Lahoti of the IIT Delhi zone secured the AIR 1 in the Common Rank List (CRL). He secured 355 marks out of 360 in JEE Advanced 2024. Students are advised to keep an eye on the official JoSAA portal for the complete counselling schedule and important instructions.
