A fire broke out at Zepto’s warehouse in Dahisar on Wednesday afternoon. Mumbai Fire Brigade officials responded swiftly and managed to extinguish the blaze within half an hour. According to fire officials, no injuries were reported in the incident.

The blaze erupted at around 3 PM on Wednesday at a single-storey warehouse of Zepto, located on Ramkunwar Thakur Marg, behind Pragati Hospital in Dahisar East. Six fire engines from the Dahisar fire station were immediately deployed to the spot to carry out firefighting operations. According to fire officials, the blaze was brought under control within 15 to 20 minutes.

"Being a warehouse, the fire led to the burning of stored goods. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Preliminary reports suggest that a short circuit may have caused the fire, although the exact cause will be confirmed after a detailed investigation," said a fire official.
