As per the Hindu Panchang, Kartik month 2025 will begin on Wednesday, October 8 and end on Wednesday, November 5 with Kartik Purnima. Throughout this month, fasting, charity, river baths, and pujas will hold great spiritual significance.

Significance of Kartik Month

Worship of Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva, and Goddess Lakshmi during this month is believed to be highly rewarding.

Taking a holy dip in the Ganga or other sacred rivers before sunrise and offering lamps removes hardships.

Tulsi Puja and the sacred ritual of Tulsi Vivah also fall in Kartik, considered extremely auspicious for married life.

On Kartik Purnima, Ganga snan and the grand celebration of Dev Deepawali are of immense importance.
